What You will learn

The program follows our 3 Step Framework: Certifications, Marketing and Contracts.


Module 1 - Securing Government Certifications - Week 1

In this workshop, participants will learn which MWSBE government certifications are most relevant for their business, how to obtain and leverage certifications and learn the difference between Local, State, and Federal certifications as well as the difference between public sector certifications and private sector supplier diversity programs.


Module 2 - Relationships & Results: Marketing to the Government Week 2 and 3

In this workshop, participants will learn how to position their business to win government contracts by writing compelling and and effective Capability Statements and understanding positioning for government and corporate services. Participants will learn how to market their skills to government agencies and communicate their unique capabilities in a professional manner online and offline.


Module 3 - Create A Winning Contract Strategy - Week 4 and 5

In this workshop, participants will learn where to find Bids/RFPs and how to write winning government proposals. Participants will leave with winning proposal templates, proposal writing frameworks and how to build the muscle for continuous and precise pitching.
